The group is already behind projects such as the Holiday World resort and manages multiple residential and hotel developments stretching from Benalmádena through to Marbella, including La Reserva de Marbella.
This is not a new entrant testing the market. It is a developer with existing infrastructure, operational experience, and a clear footprint along the coastline.
That level of backing materially changes how this project should be viewed.

In practical terms, this level of development brings three immediate impacts.

It is now progressing under Andalusia’s LISTA legislation, which introduces a more structured and phased approach to urban planning. The initial phase focuses on defining boundaries and establishing core planning guidelines, before moving into a more detailed partial plan.
