About this development

Earth is a gated scheme of twenty eight homes in Senorio de Marbella, on the Golden Mile side of the town where the ground begins to rise toward La Concha. The mountain sits directly behind the buildings and the sea runs across the front, which is an unusual thing to have on one plot at this altitude.

The architecture is low and horizontal, four storeys stepped into the slope so that the upper homes read as single storey from the approach. Materials are quiet: stone, timber, deep overhangs that keep the terraces usable through the summer.

The communal provision is the part that separates this from its neighbours. A heated indoor pool, a full spa with hammam and sauna, a state of the art gym, a yoga studio, a co-working room and a covered childrens play area, all in addition to the outdoor pool and gardens.
