Altos de Los Monteros offers the rare combination of altitude and accessibility: ten minutes from the beach, panoramic sea views, and enough developable land to craft coherent communities rather than fragmented builds.
Insur’s expansion here is also strategic. These will be its fourth and fifth projects in the same area, signaling confidence in the submarket’s depth. Delivery is targeted for summer 2027, aligning neatly with Marbella’s next infrastructure cycle — the new PGOM, expanded utilities, and ongoing investments in mobility corridors that link the upper zones to the coast.
Beyond the numbers lies a deeper narrative. Each new project of this calibre feeds Marbella’s evolution from resort town to full-scale Mediterranean city. The investment density is rising, but so too is the architectural ambition. If the previous decade was defined by reclaimed glamour along the Golden Mile, the coming one will likely be written in the elevations above it — where design meets landscape and the Costa del Sol learns, at last, to build upward with intent.
