About this property

The Hills sits on the upper slopes of La Quinta, a small gated community of individually designed houses on generous plots, laid out so that almost every one takes the view south over the golf valley to the sea. Security is manned, the roads are quiet, and the planting has matured enough that the houses sit into the hillside rather than on top of it. La Quinta golf and its clubhouse are minutes below, and San Pedro and Puerto Banus are a short drive down the valley.
The house is modern in the disciplined sense.
