Villa for sale in Nueva Andalucia, Marbella
Asking prices across the agency networks we track, as at 30 July 2026. Bars span the middle half of each peer group; the line marks the median. The first bar covers apartments and houses together, so a house will often sit high on it.
These are the averages across ALL houses in Nueva Andalucia that disclose a figure, not this property alone. Where a bill for this one is on file it is shown against that range so you can see where it sits. Bills follow the rateable value and the community budget, so two neighbours can differ; we will get you the actual figures before you commit.
Registered sale prices across Marbella, October 2025 to April 2026. Real money paid and recorded, not asking prices. The deed count is a measure of our coverage of the register, not of how many homes sold, and deeds register some months after the sale, so this is one pooled figure for the whole window rather than a monthly line.
Three different measures, shown separately because they are not comparable: what sellers ask, what deeds record, and what valuers assess. The last two cover a whole postcode and a whole municipality at every price level, so a prime property will always sit well above them.
About this property
Situated in a prime residential location within Nueva Andalucía—in the heart of Marbella’s Golf Valley—this exceptional villa, known as Centauro 15, showcases a sophisticated blend of contemporary architecture and subtle Balinese-inspired design. Fully redesigned and renovated in 2025, the property has been conceived to maximize natural light, spatial flow, and a strong connection to its surroundings, all while remaining close to the area’s most established lifestyle destinations.
From the villa, residents are just minutes away from premier golf courses—including Los Naranjos Golf Club, Real Club de Golf Las Brisas, and Aloha Golf Club—as well as international schools, restaurants, and the vibrant Puerto Banús marina. The location combines privacy with accessibility, a defining characteristic of this highly sought-after residential area.
The outdoor spaces are designed to create a private, tranquil setting. A landscaped tropical garden surrounds the villa, complemented by multiple terraces and chill-out areas arranged across different levels, all enjoying open views across the Golf Valley. The design maximizes both space and seclusion while maintaining a close relationship with the natural environment. Three outdoor parking spaces further enhance practicality.
Inside, the villa is defined by light, volume, and material consistency. Sloped ceilings and expansive glazing allow natural light to flow throughout, while a palette of neutral tones and high-quality finishes creates a calm, refined atmosphere. The main living areas are spacious and interconnected, centered around a fully equipped kitchen and seamlessly linked to the outdoors.
The property comprises five bedrooms and six bathrooms, five of which are en-suite. The master suite occupies the upper level, offering a private retreat complete with a walk-in wardrobe and open views across the Golf Valley. The lower level includes a self-contained apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom, alongside a basement featuring a bar area with direct access to the pool, a laundry room, and additional spaces adaptable for a gym, home cinema, or study. An additional garage with private access completes this level. The villa is offered fully furnished.

Why is Nueva Andalucía called the Golf Valley?
Because three championship courses sit on the floor of it: Las Brisas, opened in 1968 to a Robert Trent Jones design, Aloha, opened in October 1975 and the last course Javier Arana designed, and Los Naranjos, opened in 1977 and named for the orange grove it was built on. The nickname is informal, but Avenida Valle del Golf is on the official street register and the town runs a viewpoint called the Mirador del Valle del Golf.
Is Nueva Andalucía the same as Puerto Banús?
No, although they share the postcode 29660 and were drawn on the same plan by the same hand in the 1960s. Puerto Banús is the marina and the strip around it, at the mouth of the valley. Nueva Andalucía is the valley behind and above. Five minutes apart, and nothing alike.
How far is Nueva Andalucía from the beach?
About five minutes by car to the beaches either side of Puerto Banús. The valley itself has no sea frontage. It begins behind the coast road and climbs from there, which is why it is quiet and why so much of it looks back down to the water.
