Lorcrimar is one of the established addresses of Nueva Andalucia, a low density community of white Andalusian blocks set among lawns and mature subtropical planting. The gardens and pools are kept to a standard that has not slipped, and the layout gives the complex its particular quality, which is quiet. This apartment sits in one of the calmer corners of it, looking over planting and water rather than over parking, and the beach is a walk rather than a drive.
The refurbishment has been thorough and the material choices are serious. The reception is open plan and connects to a designer kitchen fitted with Siemens appliances.
