Luxury Villa with Botanical Beauty
Asking prices across the agency networks we track, as at 30 July 2026. Bars span the middle half of each peer group; the line marks the median. The first bar covers apartments and houses together, so a house will often sit high on it.
These are the averages across ALL houses in Nueva Andalucia that disclose a figure, not this property alone. Where a bill for this one is on file it is shown against that range so you can see where it sits. Bills follow the rateable value and the community budget, so two neighbours can differ; we will get you the actual figures before you commit.
Registered sale prices across Marbella, October 2025 to April 2026. Real money paid and recorded, not asking prices. The deed count is a measure of our coverage of the register, not of how many homes sold, and deeds register some months after the sale, so this is one pooled figure for the whole window rather than a monthly line.
Three different measures, shown separately because they are not comparable: what sellers ask, what deeds record, and what valuers assess. The last two cover a whole postcode and a whole municipality at every price level, so a prime property will always sit well above them.

About this property
Nestled within the prestigious enclave of La Cerquilla in Nueva Andalucía, Villa Palm Springs is a harmonious fusion of refined luxury and the tranquil embrace of nature. This exclusive bungalow, with its south-facing orientation, enjoys a rare privilege: an abundance of sunlight that bathes its exceptional garden throughout the day, paired with views that flirt with the edges of a golf course, offering a sense of serene isolation while still being connected to the pulse of the area.
The villa’s most recent renaissance came in 2013, courtesy of the accomplished Bonifacio Solis construction company, and was brought to its current state of perfection in 2024 under the expert stewardship of Matterhorn Estates. This meticulous renovation ensured the preservation of the home’s core character while introducing subtle touches of modernity, maintaining a seamless blend of the old and new.
The lush grounds, carefully curated by the acclaimed Fantastic Garden, serve as a botanical masterpiece, showcasing a curated symphony of mature and exotic species that seem to echo the villa’s sophisticated design. Towering ficus trees and the stately Washingtonia robusta palms stand like sentinels in the garden, while the vibrant purple jacarandas in full bloom create an intoxicating contrast to the deep green Agave americana and Cycas revoluta. Tropical hibiscus, Kentias, and dracaena plants complete the vibrant scene, reinforcing the home’s status as a tropical sanctuary.
Covering a generous 603m² of interior living space, the villa is set on a 3,062m² flat plot, offering an expansive sense of space that only a few properties can rival. The single-level bungalow layout, carefully designed for effortless flow, ensures that all five serene bedrooms open directly to the immaculately maintained garden, promoting a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living. The wraparound covered terrace allows one to relish the Mediterranean climate year-round, whether it be for leisurely meals or languid afternoons in the sun.
Inside, Villa Palm Springs is equally exquisite. The entrance hall invites you into an open-plan living space that is both vast and intimate, designed with impeccable attention to detail. The Danespan kitchen, a chef’s dream, offers a central island around which the heart of the home revolves, accompanied by two dining areas for effortless entertaining. The living rooms, grand yet cozy, spill out into the garden, while a library and home office ensure that work and leisure exist in perfect balance.
The villa’s five bedrooms, each more serene than the last, are complemented by five bathrooms, including two spacious en-suites with direct access to the garden. Two large living rooms offer ample space for both relaxation and entertainment. The garage, capable of housing up to four cars, is just one of the many modern conveniences hidden away in this serene retreat, which also boasts a water tank, Lutron lighting, and Technal security windows.
In Villa Palm Springs, history, design, and nature meet in sublime harmony. It is a tribute not only to the architectural elegance that defines Marbella’s elite residences but also to the evolution of this town from its bohemian origins to the pinnacle of international luxury it enjoys today.

Why is Nueva Andalucía called the Golf Valley?
Because three championship courses sit on the floor of it: Las Brisas, opened in 1968 to a Robert Trent Jones design, Aloha, opened in October 1975 and the last course Javier Arana designed, and Los Naranjos, opened in 1977 and named for the orange grove it was built on. The nickname is informal, but Avenida Valle del Golf is on the official street register and the town runs a viewpoint called the Mirador del Valle del Golf.
Is Nueva Andalucía the same as Puerto Banús?
No, although they share the postcode 29660 and were drawn on the same plan by the same hand in the 1960s. Puerto Banús is the marina and the strip around it, at the mouth of the valley. Nueva Andalucía is the valley behind and above. Five minutes apart, and nothing alike.
How far is Nueva Andalucía from the beach?
About five minutes by car to the beaches either side of Puerto Banús. The valley itself has no sea frontage. It begins behind the coast road and climbs from there, which is why it is quiet and why so much of it looks back down to the water.
