About this property
A renovated first floor apartment in one of La Quinta’s older and quieter communities, facing southwest over gardens to the mountains.
Los Balcones de la Quinta dates from 1985, which in this part of Benahavis means it was built when plots were generous and blocks were kept low. The community is gated and small, the planting has had forty years to mature, and the pool sits among lawns rather than paving. La Quinta itself remains one of the more discreet corners of the Costa del Sol, golf on the doorstep, the mountains immediately behind, and San Pedro and the coast a short descent away.
The apartment has been renovated throughout. The living and dining room is bright and generously proportioned, with an open plan kitchen fitted with Bosch appliances integrated into it rather than shut away. From the reception a covered terrace runs the width of the apartment, and part of it could readily be enclosed to make a study, a television room or a reading corner without losing the outdoor space.
