Luxury Villa with Panoramic Sea & Golf Views – Completion 2027, Artola Alta, Marbella
Asking prices across the agency networks we track, as at 30 July 2026. Bars span the middle half of each peer group; the line marks the median. The first bar covers apartments and houses together, so a house will often sit high on it.
These are the averages across ALL houses in Marbella that disclose a figure, not this property alone. Where a bill for this one is on file it is shown against that range so you can see where it sits. Bills follow the rateable value and the community budget, so two neighbours can differ; we will get you the actual figures before you commit.
Registered sale prices across Marbella, October 2025 to April 2026. Real money paid and recorded, not asking prices. The deed count is a measure of our coverage of the register, not of how many homes sold, and deeds register some months after the sale, so this is one pooled figure for the whole window rather than a monthly line.
Three different measures, shown separately because they are not comparable: what sellers ask, what deeds record, and what valuers assess. The last two cover a whole postcode and a whole municipality at every price level, so a prime property will always sit well above them.

Artola
Where exactly is Artola?
At the eastern end of Marbella, about twelve and a half kilometres from the old town and a few minutes short of the Mijas boundary, on the ground between the old coast road and the hill behind Cabopino. Confusingly, the Instituto Geográfico Nacional uses the name Artola for the whole eastern population entity, which covers more ground than the street signs do, so an address filed as Artola on an official map is not necessarily in the urbanisations described here.
Is Artola the same place as Cabopino?
No, though they overlap in everyday use. Cabopino is the marina and the urbanisation immediately east, with 169 berths taking boats from six to fifteen metres. Artola is the ground behind and above the dunes, and it includes the golf course, which carries Cabopino’s name but which the national geographic register and the Catastro street register both file under Artola.
What type of property for sale in Artola is most common?
It is genuinely split, which is unusual. Of the 4 resale properties currently listed here, 2 are houses and 2 are apartments, with 0 townhouses, 0 penthouses and 0 plots of land. That follows the register: 213 of Artola’s 260 homes sit in twenty buildings on the hill, and of the 29 buildings on the older ground below, twenty six hold one home each.
