About this development

Armani Residences Marbella brings the Armani/Casa interior design language to the Golden Mile for the first time, on a fifty thousand square metre site on Avenida de las Piedras in Nagüeles, elevated above the coast at the foot of Sierra Blanca.

Thirty three residences only, set across nine buildings of four floors arranged in three terraced rows that follow the natural fall of the land. Every vehicle is accommodated below grade across 116 underground parking spaces and three separate access points, which leaves the whole of the surface level to landscaped gardens and open space. Interiors are conceived by the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio, with a bespoke personalisation service and an optional turn key delivery, and architecture and engineering by a Málaga practice ranked among the world’s hundred most important architecture firms.

Homes come in three expressions of the same idea. Interior areas run from around 200 to 500 square metres, total built areas from 400 to 1,400 square metres, and layouts from three to seven bedrooms. Every residence has its own private pool.
