Milabeka is a boutique building of ten homes on Calle Milagrosa in Malaga, a quiet street beside the Parque del Oeste and roughly two hundred metres from the sand.

The scheme is small on purpose. Two homes to a floor across five floors, two and three bedrooms, laid out for how people actually use the space rather than to maximise the unit count. Finishes are contemporary and the specification is consistent from the second floor to the fifth.

The roof is where it earns its name. A Sky and Sea terrace runs the footprint of the building with a pool and a chill out area, and the outlook takes in the park on one side and the water on the other.
