About this development

Named for the iridescent shell material formed patiently in layers, Nacaré takes its cue from something built slowly and well.

Nacaré is a new collection of twenty apartments on Estepona’s seafront, designed by Maiz & Diaz and due to complete in 2028. The building is arranged around three regular floors and a top floor of penthouses, each home south facing and cross ventilated with generous open plan living space and its own terrace, the penthouses adding a private rooftop solarium above.

The building is conceived as a resort in miniature. An indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a rooftop pool and lounge, a fully equipped gym, a spa with sauna and hammam and a beauty room sit alongside an owners club, meeting room and concierge service, all watched over by around the clock security. Landscaped gardens run around the building at ground level, and underground parking is provided throughout.

What the setting offers is a quieter register of the Costa del Sol, a stretch of coast within easy reach of Marbella and Sotogrande but removed from their crowds, where the sea and the mountains sit either side of daily life.
