About this development

Ayana takes a different idea of resort living to Estepona: a closed, professionally run community where the architecture, the interiors and the services are all handled at hotel level, but the homes are genuinely yours.

The architecture is by Villarroel Torrico, with interiors by Gunni & Trentino, and it shows in the detail: underfloor heating throughout, home automation, jacuzzi and sauna in the wellness area, indoor and outdoor pools including a children’s pool, private gardens, a residents’ lounge, coworking space, concierge service and 24 hour security in a gated urbanisation. Nothing here is an afterthought.

The location does the rest. Estepona’s beaches and beach clubs, the golf courses, and the town’s old quarter are all close, and the New Golden Mile’s dining and services are on the route between here and Marbella.
