Seven detached villas in Cortijo Blanco, the flat, mature pocket of San Pedro that sits between Puerto Banus and the town and puts the beach inside a walk.

Cortijo Blanco is an old address rather than a new one, which is the point of building here. The streets are wide, the gardens are grown in, and a scheme of seven houses slots into it without announcing itself. Plots run to a little over eight hundred metres each.

The houses are contemporary and generously proportioned, arranged over ground, first and basement with a solarium above. The solarium is priced as an option but is included in the figures quoted here, since both released villas carry it.

Private pools and landscaped gardens to every plot. The build programme is eighteen months from the start of works, fifteen for construction and three for the first occupation licence.

San Pedro town, Puerto Banus and the beach are all within a few minutes, and the golf of Guadalmina and La Quinta is close behind.
