Solenne takes its name from a quiet dignity, a composure that shows in a building designed so that no home ever looks into another.

Solenne is a new collection of twenty one apartments in Benahavís, designed by Maiz y Diaz Arquitectos and due to complete in 2029. The staggered contemporary architecture means every residence enjoys uninterrupted views and abundant light without overlooking its neighbours, each home built with a south or south east orientation and expansive terraces that blur the line between indoor and outdoor living.

The ground floor apartments and penthouses each come with their own private pool, while a further communal pool sits at the heart of the development.
