Emerald View Club Residences is a gated community of 133 homes on a south facing hillside at Buenavista, the stretch of the Mijas Costa between Fuengirola and Benalmadena where the hills run down to the sea. Fifteen low rise blocks hold 105 apartments and penthouses, 14 garden villas and 14 sky villas, every home opened to the same panoramic view of the coast and the valley below it.
What sets it apart is the club at the centre of the estate, and the scale of it: a building of its own, for the residents, with the kind of facilities a single block cannot fund. The beach at Carvajal is a few minutes down the hill, Fuengirola is nine kilometres along the coast, and Malaga airport is eighteen.

Where it sits
Buenavista is quiet and residential, a short drive above the beaches of Carvajal and the restaurants of El Higueron on the Mijas Costa. Fuengirola with its schools and its port is nine kilometres away, Benalmadena ten, Torremolinos fifteen, and Marbella thirty five. Walking trails thread through the pines behind the estate.

Is Emerald View one development or several?
It is one gated community with a single social club, built as fifteen low rise blocks across one hillside, and it sells in phases. The first release covers the apartments, penthouses and villas in the blocks nearest the club.
What do the homes cost?
Prices start at 745,000 euros plus VAT for a two bedroom apartment with a garden. Penthouses run from around 1.15 million euros, and the sky villas and garden villas sit above that. The full price list is inside the brochure.
When is completion?
The first quarter of 2029. It is an off plan purchase, so you buy at today's price and pay in stages while it is built.
How are the payments protected?
A 10,000 euro reservation takes your unit off the market. Every payment after that lands in the developer's special account for the build, and each one is secured by a bank guarantee, which Spanish law requires of the developer.
