James founded JUST and brings more than two decades in global property markets, with Marbella at the centre of it. He began here in 2001 in a sales role at the Costa del Sol’s largest agency, then led business development for a major developer with projects in Nova Scotia and Buenos Aires, coordinating the Canadian sales programme through Savills.

Since founding the company he has advised on over €500 million of property, and represented some of the most significant figures in business in finding their homes in Marbella.

Alina co-founded JUST and oversees residential sales and exclusive listings across Marbella and the Costa del Sol. She started at a leading Madrid luxury agency, was promoted to Sales Manager, then moved to Marbella as Sales Director to launch and scale a London franchise, spending six years building one of the region’s strongest networks of buyers, sellers and developers.

Her career covers more than €200 million in transactions, including Golf Hills Estepona, Benahavís Hills, and individual villas valued up to €10.2 million. She holds a degree in Tourism from the American University of Beirut.

Maite is from Ronda with long established roots in Marbella, and knows the coast’s individual communities in detail. She read Interior Design at the San Telmo School of Art in Málaga, and built her property experience at firms including Exxacon and Keller Williams.

She curates the JUST collection and looks after rentals, with an approach built on attention to detail and quality control on every instruction that comes in.
