Sierra Blanca has secured the building licence for Design Hills Dolce & Gabbana Marbella, a high-profile branded residential development set on Marbella’s Golden Mile. This will be the Italian fashion house’s debut in European real estate, following similar projects in Miami and the Maldives.

The project will consist of five buildings with panoramic sea views, landscaped gardens, and several outdoor pools. A total of 94 designer residences will be built, ranging from approximately 280 m² to 900 m², all set on a privileged plot of over 90,000 m².

Each residence will feature smart-home automation, large terraces, private pools (in most units), high-end marble finishes, and floor-to-ceiling glass that merges the interior with the outdoors. The façades will be clad in large-format porcelain tiles and minimalist joinery, reflecting a blend of architectural precision and fashion-driven aesthetics.

The development is expected to be delivered in the second half of 2028, with construction beginning once preparatory groundwork is finalised. Show homes could be available as early as 2025.

Design Hills Marbella follows other successful branded projects in the area, such as Epic Marbella with Fendi Casa and Karl Lagerfeld Villas, positioning the Golden Mile as one of Europe’s leading destinations for luxury branded living.
