Two New Luxury Developments in Marbella Enter Final Phase of Construction

The Marbella property scene continues its dynamic rise, as two new luxury housing developments by Grupo ABU enter their final phase of construction. Together they will deliver a total of 125 exclusive homes, further cementing Marbella’s status as a premier destination for luxury real estate.

Earth: The Sierra Blanca Development

The first development is nestled next to Sierra Blanca and the iconic La Concha mountain. This complex comprises four elegantly designed buildings housing 28 residences. As the project nears completion, work now focuses on interiors, façade finishes, landscaping, and communal spaces. Notable design contributions include the outdoor areas by renowned landscape designer Marta Puig and interiors by Marbella’s own J. A. Flores y Garnica. The development, named Earth, will feature lush gardens, a spa, a communal pool, solarium, chill out zones, terraces, garages, storage spaces, and secure gated access. With the project almost sold out, the remaining homes are reserved for clients seeking premium finishes.

A near sold out status this close to completion is itself a strong signal, since it means most buyers committed based on renders and specification alone, well before communal areas like the spa and gardens were finished and viewable in person.

The San Pedro Boulevard Project

The second project is located in San Pedro Alcántara, along the stylish boulevard. This development encompasses 97 residences, including two, three, and four bedroom apartments and penthouses. Units range up to 195 m² internally, with terraces reaching up to 189 m². Each unit includes at least one parking space. The development, which reflects a total investment of approximately €85 million, will offer refined customization, a wealth of amenities, and is set within a zone of expansion with access to shops, sports centers, golf courses, and schools. Its more than 2,500 m² of communal spaces will include outdoor pools, solarium, gardens, indoor pool with spa, gym, and garages, all designed to elevate quality of life.

San Pedro’s boulevard has become one of the more active pockets of new development on the coast in recent years, sitting between the established Golden Mile and Puerto Banús.
