Designed as a two-floor, 160 square metre headquarters, the space has been conceived not only as an office but as a destination where clients can engage with us in a more immersive and forward thinking way.

The first look at the renders offers only a glimpse of what is to come, as these images showcase part of the ground floor. Once complete, the office will span across two levels, integrating elegant consultation rooms, private boardrooms, and dedicated areas for interior design and project management. The aim is to create an environment where ideas move seamlessly from vision to reality, supported by the kind of detail and precision our clients expect from us.

Splitting the office across two floors was a deliberate choice rather than simply a matter of available space. It allows us to separate quieter, more private consultation work, boardroom meetings and interior design planning, from the more open, day to day activity of the wider team, so every client conversation gets the setting it deserves.

A larger, purpose built office also reflects the pace of JUST’s own growth over recent years, from a small team working the Golden Mile to a full service agency covering new developments, resales, and property management across Marbella, Estepona, and Benahavís. The new headquarters is being built with that broader scope in mind, not just the size of the team today.

This will not be a traditional office. Every element is being crafted to deliver an experience, where discussions about property, lifestyle, and investment are elevated by surroundings that inspire confidence and creativity.
