Managing Partner
James is the Founding Partner of JUST and has over two decades of experience in the global property market and predominantly specialising in Marbella.
In 2001 James landed a sales role in the largest real estate agency in the Costa del Sol, which at their peak, sold over 400 units a month and was instrumental in creating one of Europes most prominent real estate operations.
James was then recruited to lead the Business Development division for a large development company, building on a 2,000 acre site in Nova Scotia, Canada and another in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Canada project had an estimated $1 billion GDV on completion and here he tendered the sales to Savills PLC, where he set up a sales division and trained their staff.
Wanting to branch out on his own with the knowledge he had built over the years, he founded JUST to enable high net worth clients get a trusted opinion of the unregulated market in Marbella. Since founding the company James is proud to represent some of the most significant people in business find their homes in Marbella and has over €500m of property transactions under his belt. Now JUST is renovating their own properties to offer high quality assets in the best areas of Marbella and the surrounding areas.
